If you’re not happy with your order, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • The original proof of purchase must be provided

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any power tool that shows signs of use (including fuel residue, oil marks, or blade wear)
  • Opened containers of lubricants or maintenance products
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago

Return & Exchange Process

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing
